I wanted to write a letter to let you know about the great experience that I had with Trang as my agent for my last transaction. She was incredibly efficient and extremely knowledgeable about the entire transaction process. She helped me to navigate the various issues, many of which I was unfamiliar with at the time, and kept me informed throughout.

I looked at a number of properties and never felt like she was trying to “close” me just to make a deal. Rather, Trang took the time to find out about my specific goals and objectives as an investor, and then went about the process of vetting various investment opportunities. I had been looking for about 18 months previously for an investment and had looked throughout the Bay Area, Central Valley, Southern California, not to mention out of state, such as Washington, Idaho, Texas, and Colorado. I had a specific agent that I dealt with in each of those areas to assist me in locating an opportunity. I can say, without hesitation, that Trang was by far the most helpful in my search for a property that suited my needs. I felt that many agents merely went into Loopnet and tossed me various opportunities without taking the time to understand my needs. Other agents would simply push the type of investment opportunity they were most familiar with rather than the ones that suited my needs.

I soon discovered that finding the right investment property was only HALF of the battle (if that)! Navigating the transaction was no small feat of logistics and negotiations. Trang was able to help us to get the price that we wanted, along with the financing in order for us to close the transaction. I was amazed at her energy, attention to detail, and perseverance! Being a first time investor, Trang was able to hold my hand throughout the process so I was fully informed with no surprises or unexpected obstacles. I found her to be fully trustworthy and have recommended her without reservation to both my friends and family members for their investment property needs.
